Refund & Return Policy

Our Policy
Every PaperPetal Studios book is made entirely to order, personalized with your child's likeness, name, and dedication. Because each book is unique and produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun, except in the case of a damaged book.
Damaged Books
If your book arrives damaged, we will send you a brand-new replacement copy at no charge. To request a replacement:
- Email us at contact@paperpetal.studio within 14 days of receiving your book.
- Include a clear photo showing the damage.
- We will review your request and, once confirmed, dispatch a replacement as quickly as possible.
Please keep the damaged book until we have confirmed your replacement, as we may ask for additional photos if needed.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your book has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@paperpetal.studio and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel and issue a full refund if production has not yet started. Once production is underway we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
